I have stopped selling phones and I am now selling sweets. You will have to contact the manufacturer

I'm terribly sorry madam. We will be happy to replace your phone, however, it sounds like it would be more convenient for to swap it at the shop. Ring them up and explain that they a have to refund you by law. Any problem, give us another call.
That shop is terrible, they would not give me a refund and the owner is incredibly rude.
