Hello everyone, its me Nayak. I am a Delivery lead and whereby I lead a team of 100+. Wanted to speak to you about Performance Achievement. It is a continuous journey to enable our teams to excel. As we progress on this journey, now is a great time to have a conversation with your supervisor to ensure they have a good understanding of all aspects of your performance, growth and aspirations.
Now you must be wondering what is this 1, 2 & 3 ? This is nothing but steps for preparing for the "Conversation" and trust me it is as simple as 1,2 & 3.
1. Reflect on your progress : Revisit your priorities and complete progress notes & self -input. 2. Ask for feedback and discuss: Engage in meaningful conversations and ask for feedback from supervisors, colleagues and stakeholders.
3. Write a self-reflection : You may capture any new reflections or aspirations in the Prepare for Talent Discussion form. So, can you complete it this week ? Also by now I hope you all have updated correct supervisor details on AST.
