  • Spring Equinox
  • Summer Solstice
  • Autumnal Equinox
  •
  • Spring Equinox is the time where the sun crosses Earths Equator, causing day and night to be approximately the same length. This usually starts about March 21.
  •
  • The Summer Equinox is when the sun is at its farthest distance from the Celestial Equator. This occurs on June 21 when the sun is at its northernmost point.
  • Winter Solstice
  •  Autumnal Equinox is similar to the Spring Equinox, meaning the time where the sun crosses Earths Equator, causing day and night to almost become the same length. This occurs around September 22.
  •
  •
  • The Winter Solstice is like the Summer Solstice, except for the fact that it occurs on December 22 when the sun is at its southernmost point.
