This is Logos because the words are giving you a reasoning on why he has a dream and why he made this speech. He wants to stop the basics of race.

Logos
But one hundred years later, the Negro still is not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadlycrippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on alonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is stilllanguished in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. And so we've come here todayto dramatize a shameful condition.
Pathos
The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all whitepeople, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that theirdestiny is tied up with our destiny. And they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to ourfreedom
Ethos

Logos
Its Pathos because black people don't get the same opportunity as the white people did in there time. Black people had to be slaves working for the white people all the time. If they break a rule or disobey them, usually they would get whipped.
And so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted inthe American dream.
Pathos

I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in thehistory of our nation.
Ethos
This is Logos because he tells audience what happens in his society, and other peoples society.
This is Pathos because he is appeals his entire audience.
This is Ethos because he is starting a argument about on discrimanation.
