The business is evolving. IT is moving our HR systems to Workday and improving our security infrastructure with ZScaler. How do I ensure compliance for these systems?
SOX, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, HIPAA, BSA, FISMA, PCI, CA SB 1386, Basel II, Internal policies... so many compliance areas for me to keep track off and now two more systems to manage.
My compliance team is running at capacity. We really don't have bandwidth to support designing and implementing certification and self assessment for these two new systems on an ongoing basis. How do I scale?
Moreover, I am concerned that with scale, will come more non-conformance. We need a more pro-active and smarter approach to manage our compliance across the organization. Is there a better way?
