The internet is a vast place that is accessed all of the time. Today we will explore how it works.
Your computer is connected to the internet via modems and/or routers. The firewalls that come with the modems monitor the data being sent, and the data being recieved.
The Computer's query (all stored data) is then submitted to your internet service provider. Within your isp, there are multiple servers to store and transfer data. these are called NAP servers, and DNS servers. Once the computer has recognised all parts of the ISP and internet address; it will then communicated with teh world wide web.
now that the Computer has recognized the destination of travel, it then looks for the fastest way to get you to that web address. When reaching the destination, the data your computer is sending travels through the cloud to get that information there.
After jumping from server to server on the internet; your computer finally locates the IP address. A connection is established through the computer and web address, and preparation for entering the server starts.
your computer once the web address is ready, quickly enters the address, and loads all graphics, data, and contact information within the page.
