Marbury v. Marbury-1803
The Judiciary Act 1801 passed allowing for John Adams to make some reconstruction to the courts.He also appointed John Marshall as chief justice of the United States after Chief Justice Ells worth resigned.
Judicial was reviewed for the first time ever and was also was a supreme court the Judicial is important in this days because they serve for life or in other word he ability of the Court to declare a Legislative or Executive.
Adams and Marshall had worked for hours and hours on papers.Stuff hadn't been done yet when Adams and Marshall started to work there.
William Marbury wanted to be a judge in the supreme court but we could not so he had to go trough a process on writting to the commission.When they finally oppened the supreme court he had many argues.
The supreme court still could not help Marbury with his cases and it also did not give the Supreme Court jurisdiction.So Marbury could not do anything either the Supreme Court.
