  • How about a walk through the park to get our blood flowing?
  • When I get stressed, fresh air helps calm my mind.
  • That is something that would really help!
  • Breathing in through the nose & out through the mouth gets more oxygen to the brain. 
  • Taking deep breaths & staying present in the moment clears the mind & senses
  • It's good to appreciate the little things in life.
  • Remember, life is tough, but you are tougher.
  • Take time to take care of yourself. Make a plan for the next few tasks you have to tackle. 
  • Once you have a game plan, it's easier to focus your energy on more productive tasks that leave you feeling calm & accomplished. 
  • Getting outside is a great way to practice self-care. 
  • After a nice walk, my head is clear & I've set a goal for myself for the day. I can do anything I set my mind to. 
  • Thank you for walking & talking with me. I feel so much better!
