My first time ice skating was in 2nd grade. I kept on falling but I had fun. Sadly, I didn't get the chance to skate again for a while and forgot about it. I found out about figure skating and decided that is what I want to do. In the summer of 2018, I was able to try to skate again. I decided 100% that is what I wanted to do.
Look, I'm doing it!
Please? I really want to be a figure skater
It took a lot of convincing but finally, my mom said maybe
There isn't an ice skating rink close around but maybe we could figure out something
I am not going to drive 2 hours just for you to ice skate
After what felt like forever, I was able to go on the ice again and begin learning from a coach

I fell often and was losing determination, but I kept my hopes high
I will never be as good as people like Johnny Weir. I can never compare... But I need to try to prove it to myself
Are you really going to give up on something you took so much time trying to get to happen? You can do this
I took what my friend told me and a long while later, I could land a triple toeloop, as well as the singles and half of the doubles
