Celtic people all over Scotland are getting prepared for the annual Samhain, a holiday that has became tradition to Celtic culture over a course of many years.
Tonight is the night of "Samhain" and Celtics will all welcome the new harvest along with "the dark side of the year" by making bonfires and socializing. We are also dressing up in order to scare of the demons and ghosts from the under world away, for another year of safety.
Time to send these demons back to Hell!
The Romans have started to invade our Celtic homeland. They have already conquered most of our territory and we will try and fight back as much as possible.
Dan why are the bushes on FIRE!
It has been some while since the Romans have conquered most of our Celtic territory. Boy am I glad most of us survived in order to carry on our culture and traditions. With Samhain right around the corner I have started to think about how the Romans festivals have started to fuse together with our own Celtic Samhain festival itself.
Tonight is indeed November 1st, the night of Samhain. The Holiday of Samhain has spread all over the Roman Empire. Once the Roman festivals fused with our own Celtic culture, the celebration of Samhain spread like a wildfire.
Boss is gonna kill me!
Pope Boniface the Fourth has just declared November 1st the new day to celibate "All Saints Day" instead of May 13th! This is a day where everyone would honor all saints. Samhain will also be celebrated November 1st in order to scare and fight back all the demons/evil spirits from the under world. I wonder if this will combine Christian cultures with the holiday as well.
