I'm really stressed out. I can't focus on my work.
Gabrielle identified coping with stress as a behavior she wants to work on.
Gabrielle decides to look up ways to cope with stress. She goes to the store and buys a yoga mat and plans on staying after school with teachers to get extra help.
Wow I feel so much better. I've completed all my work and I can actually focus in class.
Gabrielle starts going to the gym after to school to get plenty of exercise. She brings an apple or a banana to eat after she works out (Health enhancing behavior) and doesn't bring any junk food (Risky behavior)

Gabrielle talked to her parents about her coping skills. They agree that it will help with emotional self regulation (PF) and if she starts getting stressed out or anxious (RF) that she should take a quick break to relax.
After a couple weeks, Gabrielle starts to notice that her stress levels are going down.
