Here we are going to talking about diabetes. We are going to explain what they are and what they can do to your body. Type II diabetes is a disease that can happen to all ages. It can happen from eating a lot of food and not working out.
When you have type 2 diabetes, your body has trouble using or making enough insulin. Insulin is a hormone that helps the sugar from your food enter your cells. It’s something everyone needs and, for most people, the body naturally makes enough. But if you have type 2 diabetes, your body might not use the insulin you make efficiently.
Sugar cannot enter the cells to be used for energy. Instead, it builds up in your bloodstream, causing high blood sugar.
