For the test, they were given a set of 9 lines. For the first 2 tests, they were asked to match the line below that most closely matched the line on the top. these were the 2 practice tests to make sure that directions were understood. Directions were given in their own language by a native interpreter using a pretranslated set of instructions and questions.
Each individual was brought into a room by him/herself.
