  • I got an email from your principal saying youve been dozing off in class and have an unpleasant mood with others. I NEED THAT TO CHANGE.
  • I'm sorry, I will finish up my work, eat and go to bed early. 
  • Sleep helps you stay awake during the day, you are more energetic. You get your work done, you do not fall asleep in class. 
  • You can take a nap once you get home for an hour to boost your energy level hun.
  • You know how important sleep is? It is very important for you to get at least  7 to 8 hours of sleep, to be refreshed in the morning. 
  • If you do not get enough sleep, you will feel tired most of the time. Always be moody, and you can't really get anything done. 
  • Now go get your work done, I will prepare dinner and we will call it a night early.
  • Ugh whatever you say, Mother. 
  • NEXT MORNING
  • I AM SO REFRESHED, YAY!
  • You should always sleep 7 to 8 hours before the time you are supposed to be waking up. It will help you a lot throughout the day buddy! Oh wait also to make your day even better, eat breakfast!
