  • This is when they were in a country with nothing to offer other than war no race or culture being settle and with a Good place to live. They had had enough and wanted to follow their dreams and had to escape the country to do so.
  • Training
  • They found a river that was nearby, the only way to escape from where they were and the only way that would be a less likely chance for you to get hurt or killed on the way, they had no idea where it went, but despite that they started to follow the current to the unknown destination, in order to follow their dreams
  • The Big Day To Shine
  • After a lot of traveling on the current and alot of swimming in freezing cold water, even though at times the thought came into their mind that they were unable to continue or keep going because they were tired, cold and wet. They keep going. They did not let this stop them. They were determinate they reached a shore, not knowing where they were at first,It took a few minutes but in the end they figured it out, they had reached New Zealand and knew that they were in a better place.
  • The Achievement
  • After they got up and explored New Zealand a little bit, making sure that they were safe, No risks of being killed or hurt. In a few hours they had discovered a Gym. Knowing that their dream had always been to Compete in the olympic for running, They decided to get some fitness before they went to go to find a running club to get some more practice before trying to get into the olympics,
  • Because of this training they got into the olympics for running. They were pleased because they were the first to compete in running for their country. Hoping that they would win gold they continue the training knowing that they would help with their dreams and help with getting the gold. They all said Good luck to each other before the race and had this in their minds that that they had come this far and been through many hurdles and that one more would not hurt, They could do it.
  • After all these thoughts going through their minds and adrenaline as well, they had made it, they had come first,and third out of 24. They were so proud of themselves. They received their medals and got a photo so they could send it via text and social media back home to family and friends. What a great effort all of them. This was written in memory of Yusra Mardini and to show that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. No matter how many hurdle come to you. Anything is possible.
