Bessie was walking home from work when she saw a man putting up a flyer. The bright red flyer stood out to her, she went over to it to get a better look. It read, "Help needed! Help save wildlife! Volunteer now at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation."
Bessie grabbed the flyer and rushed home to tell her daughter. When she arrived home, she found her daughter on her phone instead of watering the house plants. She yanked the phone away from her daughters hands and shoved the flyer in Lily's face.
"Hey! What is this? I don't want to volunteer! " Lily screamed. "You have to or else your phone will be taken away!" Bessie paused, "Permanently! I suggest you volunteer!" Lily got up and stomped over to the phone in the living room. She called the Chesapeake Bay Foundation to volunteer.
