  • To begin the Fitness segment we will introduce ourselves as well as explain the 3 different "at home" exercises that people can do. We will show viewers how to stretch pre-workout. The first exercise will involve dumbbells.
  • Exercise #4
  • The second exercise will be a squat exercise with dumbbells.
  • Exercise #5
  • The third exercise will be lunges with dumbbells.
  • Stretching
  • The fourth exercise will include V-ups with dumbbells.
  • The last exercise will be a total body exercise including high knees and butt kicks,
  • We will end the exercises by showing viewers proper stretching techniques post workout.
