These are the two candidates that are up to represent our consulting firm at a large company: BP. The decision has to be made of who will be chosen to be hired and get the raise.

Susie has soccer practice at 4 pm 3 days a week, and Sullivan has band practice in the morning at 9 that I have to take him to!
Sandy is the more competent one out of the two, but she has 2 children so she will not have a lot of time to dedicate

There has been a lot of arguing between the two candidates and it has been brought to the executive board that a decision needs to be made.
The other option is win/lose where the executive board would decide the most competent candidate, Susie
The executive board is talking about what type of approach they should take to resolve the issue. After talking, they have decided to avoid the situation and ask the company that is hiring them out to hold interviews.
The last option is compromise where both candidates would be selected. Susie would teach Sean how to be efficient and how to properly execute this type of work, They would split the promotion.
