  • The setting is in the 1960s in the South of the United States.

  • The Africa Americans con't register to vote because They have take Test and They had to pay vote.
  • Falling Action
  • People were arrested because they were protesting.Two teenagers named Lynda and Charles choose to march with the Freedom Fighters from Selma to Montgomery. 
  • Resolution
  • They try to march but they are stopped by the police and the police hurt a lot of people. The day is called "Bloody Sunday".  American's are shocked and
  • After they recover, they march again and make it to Montgomery. Martin Luther King Jr. gives a speech and it is all over the TV. Everyone is happy.
  • President Johnson signs the Voting Rights Act of 1965 which made sure African Americans could vote.
