come i will teach you how to make yoghurt.
first pasteurise milk by heating it to kill harmful bacteria
then you add lactobacillus bacteria to milk.

incubate it at around 45 degrees c for 5 hours
what happens in the end
the bacteria produce an enzyme called lactase which acts on milk sugar lactose. then lactose is converted to lactic acid
yippee i finally know how to make yoghurt
last but not least the lactic acid curdles the milk to form yoghurt and gives it a sour taste and thats how you make yoghurt
