  • In “Night” by ElieWiesel, Elie has such a strong faith in God. To Elie, Judaism was veryimportant to him and one of his own huge values in his life. The expositionexplains how eager Elie was to learn more about Judaism and to strive to becomecloser to God. Elie truly trusted in God that he will support Elie and his family through all of life’s troubles. 
  • Climax
  • In "Night" by Elie Wiesel, the cattle car experience with Madame Schachter and the rest of the Jews. Madame Schachter foreshadowed by screaming out Fire! This hinted at the life the fellow Jews would have to endure in the concentration camps.
  • Falling Action
  • In, "Night " by Eie Wiesel, Elie struggled with surviving in the concentration camps. Elie was given little food and the SS officers and Nazi soldiers dehumanized the Jews. Elie was focused on surviving through these tough times.
  • Resolution
  • In "NIght" by Elie Wiesel the climax of the story is when Elie watches a young boy get hanged. Elie calls on his God and asked how such a thing can happen to a child of God. Elie in the end looses faith and feels empty, alone, and lifeless without God.
  • In, "Night" by Elie Wiesel, Elie is witnessing his father become weaker and sicker throughout their journey to freedom. Elie's father is diagnosed with dysentery, and Elie starts to doubt if he should be concerned about his father's conditions. Elie feels relieved that his father was killed but also feels sad.
  • Elie pulled through till the end of liberation in April in 1945.
