  • and now we vote!
  • 25,00 join the marchers when they reach Montgomery for a final rally at the state capitol. Viola Liuzza is shot and killed by KKK.
  • President Johnson signs the Voting acts Rights into law.
  • Everything that happened led to gaining the right to vote for African Americans. They never stood down and always got back up stronger then before to get what they deserved.
