Water Cycle

Storyboard Text

  • It's raining outside. Raining is a form of precipitation
  • The rain drops are running down a hill in a process called runoff. Rain drops are also being absorbed into the plants.
  • Rain is then collected in a body of water in a process called accumulation.
  • Water is then collected from plants in a process called transpiration.
  • Water is then collected from bodies of water in the form of gas in a process called evaporation.
  • Water vapor is then transformed into actual water in a process called condensation.
