Storyboard Text

  • Hi. My Name is Elizabeth. I am very poor, along with many others that live in this village. most "Poor" houses are multiple stories high (like hotels). You most likely wont have a lot of space, unless you were to build your own place. we also have to work ALOT, in the village lots of stray animals are arround, and we would be lucky to find a nice market place.
  • In the renaissance trade was a big deal. There were many trade spots that boats would travel to and from. Wealth was a big determiner of what types of food you consume, but other than that efficacy is a big deal too. Within a market place there are veggies, fruit, meet, etc. There are also loads of fun gatherings, along with fun times. not only that but surviving in a poor community is dificult
  • Survival in poor communities is harsh, their is crime, beggars everywhere, and is rare to live through a simple cold. Disease is easily spread in a poor community. each "house" has very minimum land and had to share bedrooms. Within all of that, good luck getting clean!
  • Bathing is extremely hard to do when you are poor. Most bathing spots are public, and when they're not you have to boil water to make it hot, then put it into the tub. There is no indoor plumbing (toilets) so you have to go into a bucket or outside. Although cleanliness isn't a big deal, education is.
  • Feces
  • Water
  • This is where the kids learn to read and write. Education is highly valued in the renaissance. Most wealthy children learn WAY more, then poor children. They mainly learned reading, writing, math, and chivalry. Even learned about history
  • The Renaissance took place in current day Italy. Art was BIG and things such as paintings, sculptures, and decor were crafted. Artists like Michael Angelo were currant. We were a democracy, And loved it! That is all for now join me later!!!!
