Storyboard Text

  • King Acrisius had a daughter named Panae, but wanted a son. He was told that she would have a son and he would kill him. So he locked her into a room.
  • One day while she was inside of the room. The greek god Zues appeared in a shiny golden light. They conceived a child and they named him Persues. King Acrisius locked them in a box and set them sail on the sea.
  • They landed on an Island of Serphus and Diktus found them. Diktus' brother, Polydectus, sent Persues to his death to kill Medusa.
  • So he needed help from the gods. So Athena gave him her shield, which was so highly polished it was like a mirror. Hades gave him his helmet that made the wearer invisible. Finally, Hermes gave him his shoes that would let you fly... Along with a sword, curved like a sickle.
