  • In 1689 the head government of England said that King James had been fired for leaving his people
  • The main ruler was not allowed to not let laws get passed or make laws passed by the head group of the British government a.k.a Parliament
  • The ruler was also not allowed  to tax people without the approval of the head group of British government a.k.a Parliment 
  • TAXES
  • The head group of the British government (Parliament) also said that no more cruel punishments will be allowed  and no more making people pay for crime after or before conviction.
