Here, take this box and bring it to Venus.
Psyche obeyed and traveled safely to the Kingdom of Pluto and was admitted to the palace of Proserpine.
Hmmm...I'm getting more curious what's inside this box.
Psyche never accepted any delicate seat nor the delicious banquet that was offered to her, and was contented with the bread for food.
Psyche delivered the message from Venus, and the box was returned to her closed. She was glad.
Having to travel so far successfully through her dangerous task, a longing desire seized her to examine the contents of the box.
She carefully opened the box and found nothing but infernal and Stygian sleep. Psyche fell down in the midst of the road.
Meanwhile, Cupid has recovered from her wound and thinks of Psyche.
