  • Excuse me? What you did was not okay. Yes, this is America but that doesn't mean we have to only speak English. you have to treat all your customers with respect.

  • One day in Philadelphia, a tourist went to buy one of the famous cheese steaks. when making his order he faced an obstacle. He was unable to speak English so he ordered in his native language.
  • The tourist felt sad and even embarressed and left the restaurant. Another customer approached t he cashier and confronted him about being ignorant and mean.
  • The employee went outside to look for the native customer to apologize. Realizing that he was being rude. This is a solution to language discrimination. having people realize and apologize for their ignorance
