  • Once upon a legend Rhea Siliva, Daughter of King Numitor and Wife of The roman God of war, Mars, had two, twin sons, named Romulus and Remus.
  • let's build a city!
  • Both parents loved them, but soon discovered that they were plots sent by other deities  to harm her father and sons. To protect them, Rhea sent the boys adrift on the waters of the Tiber River, hoping someone would find and care for them.
  • I will be the sole heir!
  • After a while, a she-wolf rescued the twin from the river and fed them with her own milk until a Shepard named Faustulus and his wife found and raised them until after a time were taught the trade of a Shepard.
  • One fateful day, the twins, Romulus and Remus, discovered their true identity. They decided to build a city on the banks of the Tiber River, where they had been rescued by the she-wolf. here they would rule as kings.
  • There was only one problem. they both wanted to rule as the sole king of their city. They argued, and in a rage, Romulus picked up a stone and killed his brother, Remus. From that time on Romulus ruled as king, naming the city 'Rome' after himself.
