Francis Luafeyson has taken a trip to the river of California to find a precious metal that has the potential of making him rich. He overheard about this wild dream from two fine ladies who were staying behind while their husbands go off for gold.
He meets up with his cousin Jar to discuss what we should do to gain the precious metal. Francis already bought all the equip while Jar had the money
Francis brought pickaxes, pans, lamps, tents, bedding for the tents, and some food. Jar brought a little amount of cash which he thought would work for the two of them. Little did they know, that they would need more money to stabilize them.
Francis and Jar then split up after finding the river. They settle by a local town set up just for the gold rush. Francis and Jar then split up after finding the river. They each start panning first to find anything in the river.
They continue at this process for at least a year. In the end, they don't have much money left. They decide that the following day, they would leave and go back to their families.
Francis decides to try for one more hour and strikes gold. Though it was flimsy and small, it got the cousins $25 each, allowing each to go home after it was over.
