  • Exposition
  • Rising Action
  • Climax
  • These two characters cower at their society, the fear comes from everyone being the same. This is quick exposition because it needs no further explanation and sets up conflict for the rest of the characters. 
  • Falling action
  • Hazel makes a remark about how the ballerinas are weighed down mask hide their expressions and each are handicapped. They have all been neutralized to fit their specific role.
  • Resolution
  • In this climax Harrison has escaped prison. Not only has he defined intelligence without a wince in his steps.  He is the revolutionary guy of his time. This is the climax because George and Hazel watch the program and are thrilled that he is out.
  • Harrison Bergeron
  • This is the falling action because all their consternation's were gone, both the ballerina and Harrison.  They are both synchronized, and have regular appearance.  They defied what society has placed them under. All in all they are together.
  • The Resolution is that the Handicapper general kills them both. This why they should never of tried to be different the first place. All in all the story resumes as everyone is the same again back to normal.
