Mark Antony, don't forget to touch my wife Calpurina during the race of Lupercal
Act one scene two
Caesar! beware the Ides of March!
This soothsayer is a dreamer. let us leave him alone.
Brutus why don't you stay and watch the race?
How about we go somewhere else?
I don't have Mark Antony's happy personality character Cassius. I'll just leave quietly so I don't disturb anyone.
Caesar is telling Marc Antony to touch Calpurina during the race of Lupercal. Marc Antony agrees.
What's wrong Brutus? Lately you have not been yourself. You look really worried and stuck up with your old friend.
If I look upset it is only because I am having personal problems with myself.
Caesar is being warned against the Ides of March (March 15). Caesar doesn't listen.
So you don't want it to happen?
What is that noise? I'm scares that the people chose Caesar a the first king of Rome!
No I don't want Caesar to be king but I am very fond of him
Brutus is leaving the race because he doesn't want to watch it. Cassius intercepts him and asks him why doesn't he want to stay. Cassius goes with Brutus.
Caesar is not a god. he is just a regular man like you and me. I saved his life once, and he was near death another time. I saved him once when he said we should swim and see who is the fastest. He was drowning and I Cassius saved him.
I saw him near death when he had a fever. He cried out to me "Cassius pass me a drink of water."
When Cassius asks whats wrong Brutus says it is a personal problem.
There is a lot of noise. Brutus said that he doesn't want Caesar to be king but he it Caesars good friend.
Cassius is bringing Caesar down, and pushing himself up.
