  • Instructions: How to lift heavy object safely Firstly, always lift using a relaxed, straight back. Make sure your legs are at least your hips’ width apart with the knees bent. Keep your head and shoulders directly above your waist and keep the weight you are carrying as close to you as possible, do not twist your body.
  • 
  • Instructions: How to move heavy objects in a computer lab Firstly, make sure you have a firm grip of the object. Make sure there is no cables or any objects on the floor because if you trip you will get a serious injury and the object will get damaged. If you are struggling to carry the heavy object don't hesitate to ask for help. Make sure you are aware of your surrounding and make sure the people in the classroom is aware you are moving a heavy object.

  • 5 Seconds Wide Shot - Fade in at the start SFX- correct sound effect plays at the end of the demonstration. Text tween entrance left hand side and stays in the middle. The teacher is demonstrating the correct method when lifting and picking up a box.
  • Phase 1: Approaching box
  • 5 Seconds Wide Shot Dissolve to- left hand side text dissolve to the right hand side text. Sets of instruction on how to lift heavy object safely and how to move heavy object in a computer lab.
  • Phase 2: Lifting the heavy box 
  • 5 Seconds Close Up shot SFX - Ding sound effect Fade in cloud then fade in bulb. Harry understood what the teacher said and now he is going to apply the principles when lifting the heavy box.
  • Phase 3: Placing box on the shelf
  • I done it!!!
  • 5 Seconds Wide shot SFX- foot steps Voice over - I need to bend my knees and keep my back straight.. Harry is approaching the heavy box, he bends his knees.
  • 5 Seconds Wide shot SFX - foot steps Voice over - I need to hold the box firmly and look to see if there any cables or objects on the floor. Harry just lifted up the box and now he is walking towards the shelf. 
  • 5 Seconds Wide shot SFX - foot steps sound effect. Voice over- I need to slowly and safely place the box on the shelf. Voice over - I done it! Harry safely placed the heavy box on the shelf .
