French and Indian War 1754-1763
After the French retreated, the American Indians were stuck with the British. In Pontiac's rebellion, they decided to kill settlers. As a result, the British prohibited the migration west to avoid conflict. Of course, the colonists did not listen and continued expansion west. This was the beginning of their disobedience to the crown.
The historical events leading up to the Revolutionary War defined the county America is today. To this day, we are still in pursuit of liberty, prosperity, and freedom.
