  • The men are tired of running.
  • There is not enough food to go around.
  • The men are going to quit after there time is over.
  • My men are tired, they are not going to continue, I have to win a battle to give them hope. I will surprise the  the Germans in Trenton by crossing the Delaware River.
  • The men are telling the captain the soldiers complaints.
  • My plan is going to go sour and we're going to have to attack in sunlight. However, if we travel back across the Delaware we won't do well. We will have to stay.
  • George Washington is thinking of a win to give his men hope.
  • We surrender!
  • We win!
  • George Washington took the army across the Delaware River and asked other armys to join him.
  • I'm going to continue fighting.
  • Many of the men are trying to warm up from the horrible travel. George Washington is also losing hope.
  • We shall march to Trenton.
  • The army catches the Germans by surprise and captures them.
  • The army takes the German soldiers and crosses the Delaware River again. George Washington asks them to stay for three more years and many do.
