Hello, I just came into Alveoli and wanted to see if I could have a diffusion done.
Lets trade spots!
Inside the Alveoli sac the oxygen that moved through the Bronchiole will now be exchanged through the process of Diffusion.
Diffusion is the process of moving something- in this case Oxygen- from a high concentration to a lower concentration. This little oxygen is trying to get past the 1 cell thick wall capillary/blood plasma to the blood cell to move to the heart. This is happening with the Carbon Dioxide trying to go back out the mouth, so the oxygen and the carbon dioxide trade places.
Wow! I dint know it was that complicated, thanks for teaching me about it.
Anytime! When ever you need me to tell you about your body I'll be there. Go bye Bill.
Throughout the process so far the oxygen has been alone, until now. Now the oxygen will combine with the hemoglobin and create oxyhemoglobin and a Oxygenated Blood , before it was deoxygenated blood which is no oxygen in the blood. While this is happening the red blood cell-the car in this case- is moving through the blood vessel to the body tissue.
After moving through the blood vessel the oxygen is remove from the hemoglobin and diffuses back over the blood plasma into the body tissue. Then the blood cell goes back an gets more oxygen and starts the process all over again.
