  • I should be able to use a gun if the state lets me.
  • Third Amendment
  • Soldiers should not stay in peoples houses.
  • People have the right to speak freely and to petition the government.
  • Fourth Amendment
  • My house should not be searched because this is my property.
  • People could have the right to own guns if the state lets them.
  • Fifth Amendment
  • It is not fair to be tested for the same crime more than once.
  • No soldier shall be quartered in any house while there is no war.
  • Sixth Amendment
  • You should always be informed about what you are being accused on.
  • People have the right to not have their house be searched.
  • Nobody should be tried in the court two times for the same crime nor be forced to answer a question against himself/herself.
  • The right to be informed why he/she is being accused in court.
