Our phase one idea was the KTH, a autonomous robot that we though thought could be used to educate and stimulate the community through growing micro-greens.
During our first mentor session, we looked at product-market fit and identified pains and gains within the core of our business.
We analysed two problems that our product possibly solved. 1 being, water wastage within a home, and agriculture. The second, how to educate people people about this. Quickly though, we realised that our product was better fit to the first problem, and our mentor helped us adjust our initial marketing to focus solely on this issue.
