Pillow Practice Aim
You will need: - Pillow - Post-it's
Forehead Hit Practice
1. Double Block & Head Bang 2. Escape Kick
To practice the hit which will be performed in this technique, you will need a pillow and a few post its. Place three post its on the pillow on different heights to represent different part of the body (nose, chin, collarbone or shoulder)
1. Double Block & Head Bang - step 1 - step 2 - step 3 - warnings 2. Escape Kick - step 1 - step 2 - step 3 - step 4 - warnings
Practice your forehead hit on a pillow, while your partner is holding the pillow. Hit the pillow as hard as possible with your forehead.
