Storyboard Text

  • The people of Troy went to Greece and returned with mounds of their riches and their king, Menelaus' wife, Helen.
  • Menelaus was not happy, he braught his army to the shores of Troy and declared war between the spartans and the trojans.
  • This war went on for ten years, eventually the Greek king Menelaus retreated, but little did the Trojans know, that he had a plan.
  • Their plan was to build a wooden horse as a present for the trojans and the gods, for disturbing them and making war. A few soldiers hid inside the horse, then the rest of them sent it to the Trojans and pretended to return to Greece.
  • The next day the Trojans accepted the gift, some were a bit sceptical about this mysterious gift, but they took it beond the walls of troy anyway.
  • They waited until night fell over the city and the people were all asleep, then the three men left the horse and ran to the gates to let the rest of the greek army into troy. Then finally, after ten years of war, all of the Greek soldiers conquered Troy.
