  • Ms. G and student's are establishing class rules. Ms. G is modeling appropriate behavior to the classroom.

  • Ms. G has noticed that Johnny constantly stands/walks around the classroom instead of completing his assignment.

  • Ms. G redirects Johnny's behavior by using verbal and nonverbal cues and notices that the behavior has not improved.
  • Results
  • The Functional Behavioral Analysis and Behavior Intervention Plan have been created. Ms. G has begun direct observation and data collection on targeted behavior. She is recording the frequency of behavior by using a clicker.
  • Ms. G has been implementing positive reinforcement strategies. She has individualized a behavior chart for Johnny. When Johnny exhibits desired behavior he receives a star.
  • Ms. G has noticed that Johnny's behavior has improved.
