principle #1: genetic variation- there are two frogs that live in this forest. There is a dark brown frog and a bright blue frog.
principle #2: overproduction of offspring/ struggle- The dark brown frog can blend in to the tree trunks easily. The blue sticks out and can be seen easily
principle #3: differential survival and reproduction- the dark brown frogs can blend into the tree bark so they are able to hide from predators and hunt with out being seen. The blue frog is able to bee seen and is eaten more often. If it doesn't get eaten it could starve to death because is prey will stay away because it is visible.
principle #4: Change in the gene pool- There was an increase of dark brown frogs in and a decrease of light colored frogs.
