  • Chapter 7 Jem tells Scout about how his pants were sowed up when he found them. As they were passing by the Radleys house they saw twin in a tree knot. They left it there for days and when nobody came they took it.

  • Chapter 8 It begins snowing in Maycomb and Scout freaks out about it. Adults blame the kids for the snow as they were bad. Scout and Jem make a muudman which is made in the core and snow on the outside. Miss. Maudie's house catches on fire and Scout gets a blanket from Boo Radley even though she didn't know or notice.
  • Chapter 11
  • Chapter 9 Atticus takes a case that defends Tom a Blackman even though everyone was against him. Atticus tells Scout not to get into any fights for name callings. They went over to Finch's landing and Francis calls her name and that's when she snaps and beats him up. Atticus's brother Jack blamed everything on Scout for it happening. Later they have a talk and Jack aggrees with Scout that he should look at both sides.
  • Chapter 10 A crazy dog is in the town walking around. The sheriff gives Atticus a gun to kill the dog. That's when the kids found out that he used to be a gunslinger and really good with them. Though he said he stopped doing it.
  • Chapter 11 An old lady always yells at Scout and Jem about anything she doesn't find right. One day she calls Atticus some mean words and Jem flips out and destroys her flowers. She tells him that he could repair her by reading to her two hours every day for a month. In the end she eventually passes and he kinda has sympathy.
