Emma uses the app HealthSee to make informed food choices. Because of the feature that tells her which foods are proven to increase or decrease anxiety, she can make informed choices that will help to improve their mental health.

HealthSee encourages Emma to log to her daily food intake. This helps her identify foods or habits that might be increasing her anxiety. It will provide research about foods that are correlated with fighting anxiety or a given mental disorder.

HealthSee has daily tasks based on her goals. Her goal is to manage her anxiety; as a result, her 'tasks' that she is assigned within the app include meditation to help her better understand the cause of her anxiety and to be able to reduce or manage it.
