It's the morning of my big football game. I need to eat a nutritious breakfast. I will have an omelet with green pepper and ham. I will also have 2 cups of milk and a banana. This will provide protein carbs and fat for my body.
Snack time!! I'm in my second class of the day it is 10:30 and time for a snack. I will have a cliff bar and a body armor.This will hydrate my body and give me carbs to fuel my body.
It is time for lunch. 12:30 and my body needs some energy. I will eat an uncrustable and an apple with peanut butter. I will also have a bottle of water. This will give me protein fats and carbs but won't weigh me down.
Pre Game meal! For dinner tonight I will be having pasta with chicken and gatorade, with a salad and garlic bread. This will fuel my body perfectly for the game tonight.
WE WON!!!! After the game the team is celebrating at my house and my mom is getting us pizza and wings. Sge will also bring gatorade. This will replenish our bodies with protein, fat, and carbs.
