  • We are require to take Harrison, don't stand in our way.
  • "You been so tired lately. If there was just some way we could make a little hole in the bottom of the bag and just take out a few."
  • "Two years in prison and two thousand dollar fine for every ball I took out. I don't called that a bargain".
  • "Ladies and Gentleman, Harrison Bergeron, age fourteen has just escaped from jail, where he was held on suspicion of plotting to overthrow the government. He is a genius and an athlete, is under-handicap, and should be regarded as extremely dangerous."
  • The year is 2081 and the government has changed a lot since then. Everyone has to be the same and if you are extremely dangerous like Harrison, you get taken away from your family.
  • "I am the Emperor. DO you hear? I am Emperor! Everybody must do what I say at once!"
  • The government gives you devices called handicaps that may you like everyone else. You only need one if you are better than everyone else. George needs one because he is extremely smart and the handicap beeps every 20 seconds to prevent him from thinking.
  • "You all have ten seconds to put you handicaps back on before I fire."
  • "You can say that again."
  • Since the announcer of the broadcast has speaking problems, one of the ballerinas had to speak about the details of Harrison.
  • "Gee - I could tell that one was a doozy."
  • "Gee - I could tell that one was a doozy."
  • Harrison busts into the the government studio place where they do the shows and claims he is Emperor and makes a ballerina dance with him. Right before Diana Moon Glampers bust in and kills both of them.
  • Diana kills both Harrison and the ballerina and tells them that they have 10 seconds to get there handicaps back on before she shoots.
  • Hazel starts to cry but stops quick and forgets why she was crying. and George hears the sound of a gun going off in his handicap.
