  • i have a challenge for you! You must retrieve the head of Medusa.

  • Take my shinning shield and use it as a mirror when you attack Medusa.

  • I will lend you my strong sword.
  • The Grey Woman
  • Give me the directions to the nymth of the north
  • On a sunny day in Seriphus island ,king Polydectes challenged Perseus to collect the head of Medusa. Polydectes hoping he would not return from his adventure ,so he can marry his mother.
  • The Nymphs Of The North
  • Here are three things you will need to defeat Medusa
  • Perseus set out wondering if he could accomplish this task. he saw Athena and Hermes, both giving him a shield and a sword. Athena also guided him to the grey woman.
  • Heads Up!!!!
  • When he got to the grey woman he quickly took there eyeball that they shared. The three sisters were anxious to get it back so they told him directions to the nymph of the north were there he would receive thing he needed to help him get the head of Medusa.
  • The King That Turned To Stone
  • Here is the head you wanted!
  • When he got to the nymph of the north he was given a pair of winged sandals ,a cap of darkness to make him invisible and a magic sack to put the head of Medusa in.
  • Perseus tied on the sandals and flew to the island where Medusa dwelled. He put on the cap of darkness so she wont see him. He found Medusa and hovered over her, with just one stroke he cut off her horrifying head.
  • When Perseus returned to Seriphus he learned that his mission was a wicked scheme to get rid of him. He went to the king with the head of Medusa. In amazement the king looked at the head and was instantly turned to stone.
