  • I do not think Andrew Jackson deserves to be on the $20 bill for the following resons.
  • Hey have you guys heard of  Jacksonian Democracy? Its the design of guaranteeing  majority rule by spreading governmental powers to everyone.
  •  Ya, I've heard of it. Andrew Jackson used it used it to gain more people on his side and votes for president.
  • I think that what he did was selfish because all he wanted from it was to become president, not to help the people gain more power.
  • This is a weird question, but do you guys remember when we learned about the spoils system in the 8th grade? You know the exercise of gaining applicants that gave the government jobs to political defenders.
  • Oh ya, I remember! Andrew Jackson used it to his advantage by using it to form a new government.
  • I think that the way he used it was really self-seeking because he only made a new government that included people that were on his side and got rid of the people that weren't.
  • Hey do you guys know what the Indian Removal Act/Policy was, all I know about it is that President Jackson tried to benefit from it by gaining more land to find gold in.
  • Yeah, I believe it is the act was created in the 1830's and it called for the government to arrange treaties with the Native Americans and forced them to move west.
  • I say that that the way Jackson used the act/policy was really egocentric because he forced the Native Americans to move just so he could become more rich.
  • Did you know that state's rights was the conflict on whether the states should have more power or that there should be a strong federal government? Or that Andrew Jackson used it by opposing the Doctrine of Nullification which gave the states more rights than the federal government?
  • In my opinion, I think that the way President Jackson used the Sates's Rights was a smart choice. I believe this because, I think having a strong federal strengthens the United States.

  • The War on National Bank was the governmental content that occurred when trying to recharter the second bank of the U.S. and economic decisions are the tasks of making work/profession decisions that imply cash. President Andrew Jackson used these to his benefit because he won his 2nd election due to the fact that he removed the federal governments deposits from the bank of the U.S. and moved them to the states  banks.  Jackson's actions were selfish because he almost destroyed the  economical state in the United States because he thought it would  improve the nation.
