In my opinion, a healthy relationship is two people who are happy. They communicate and no abuse in any way is involved.
So, what should or shouldn't be happening in a healthy relationship?
A healthy relationship should have trust, loyalty, honesty, and respect.
An unhealthy relationship has no trust, lies, games being played, any type of abuse, and one, the other, or both people unhappy
Good. How can you ensure a healthy and safe relationship?
Each person needs to respect the other. They also need to communicate, and they need to be able to compromise.
Do you know what a healthy relationship should look like?
A healthy relationship would be like Hazel and Gus from The Fault in Our Stars. They communicate and trust each other and they are both honest and have respect for one another.
An unhealthy relationship would be like Nathan and Peyton from One Tree Hill. They always lied to each other, threatened to leave, did not trust each other, and had absolutely zero respect for each other.
