A Religous group is a group of people who share the same beliefs, rituals, and practices.
An ethnic group is a group of people who share the same heritage, race, customs, language, and generally physical appearance.
Speaking of ethnic groups, there are three different ethnic groups in the Middle East.
First, there are the Arabs. The Arabs are the most dominant ethnic group in the Middle East. The Arabs speak the language called arabic.
Most of the Arabs are sunni muslims, But there are also some that are shi'a muslims and some that practice other religions, such as Judaism and Christianity.
The Arabs are generally located in North Africa and the Arabian peninsula, and spread throughout South East Asia.
